Raised Terrace Area, Banstead

We were approached by the customer and asked to revamp this tired and dated 1970’s patio. The existing outside paved area was built of a mix & match of materials and a crumbling and hazardous wall.

The aim of the project was to reinstate the wall with a brick to match the house with sufficient footings to securely hold a new fence. Three brick piers were built and close board fencing was erected in between and secured either side of the piers.

The existing slabs from the patio were removed and a new Indian sand stone was laid in a random using five different size slabs.

  • Taking down existing brick wall & removing
  • New footing dug & poured with wet concrete
  • Existing slabs removed from patio
  • New Indian sand stone laid to the area
